European Health & Safety Auditor
Location: Poland (Krakow, Katowice or Dabrowka)- (frequent travel required)
Salary: 180,000-230,000 Polish Zloty plus benefits, travel

About the role:
We’re working with a global leader in heavy industry manufacturing that is driving change in its industry, committed to sustainability and decarbonisation. As part of their central audit team, they are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Auditor to join their corporate function. This is a key role focused on auditing and improving H&S governance and assurance across their Polish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct health and safety audits across Poland operations
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and best practice implementation across multiple sites
  • Analyse audit outcomes to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
  • Support timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
  • Produce clear audit reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with site teams and senior stakeholders
  • Participate in special reviews or investigations as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar H&S auditing role
  • Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and relevant H&S frameworks
  • Degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently (around 50%)
