Interim Safety Advisor – Data Center
Location: London (site-based)
Contract: Interim £350-£430 a day outside IR35


We’re supporting a specialist fit out organisation delivering works on a live, high-profile data center project, and are looking to appoint an Interim Safety Advisor to support site operations.

This is a hands-on, site-based role, ideal for someone comfortable operating in fast-paced, technically complex environments alongside multiple contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day H&S support across fit out and MEP activities

  • Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety tours

  • Supporting RAMS reviews, permits to work, and contractor coordination

  • Engaging with site teams to promote a positive, proactive safety culture

  • Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

  • Ensuring compliance with CDM and site-specific H&S requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within data centres, fit out, MEP, or major construction projects

  • Strong site presence with the ability to challenge and influence effectively

  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) essential

  • Comfortable working in live, safety-critical environments
