Senior Safety Advisor
Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy)
€70,000 – €75,000 + full package (mobility, accommodation, subsistence)
3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation

We’re working with a well established data centre contractor delivering complex builds across Europe, now looking to appoint a Senior Safety Advisor to support key projects.

This role suits someone confident leading H&S on site, comfortable in high pressure environments, and open to relocating across projects as required.

The role:

• Leading H&S delivery on site across major data centre and cleanroom projects
• Acting as the key safety point of contact for project teams and subcontractors
• Driving standards through audits, inspections and visible leadership
• Supporting and mentoring junior advisors on site
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company systems

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience in data centres, life sciences or complex construction
• Strong background working in cleanroom or high compliance environments
• Ability to lead, influence and challenge where needed
• Comfortable working across multiple European locations
• EU passport essential
