About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to join a global construction company, based in the heart of the City of London. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing safety protocols, and driving a culture of safety across all our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Advise on safe systems of work and ensure their proper implementation.
- Monitor safety performance and report on health and safety statistics.
- Provide health and safety training and awareness programs to all staff.
- Act as the point of contact for any health and safety-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent in Health & Safety.
- Experience in managing health and safety within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess risks and implement effective control measures.
