• Health & Safety Manager

  South East (Essex, Kent, London, Home Counties)

  £70,000–£75,000 + Car/Allowance

   

  A Tier One civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee multiple high-profile infrastructure projects across the South East. This is a key role supporting site teams and driving best-in-class H&S performance across a busy portfolio.

   

  Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading HSEQ efforts and compliance across multiple project sites
  • Conducting audits, site inspections, and risk assessments
  • Supporting incident investigations and driving continuous improvement
  • Engaging and coaching leadership and site teams to uphold safety culture

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Managerial or Senior Advisory role within civil engineering or infrastructure
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant professional memberships
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK safety legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
