EHS Advisor – Dublin City Centre

Tier One Contractor | High-Spec Fit-Out Projects

We’re working with a Tier One contractor to find an EHS Advisor for a permanent role on a range of fit-out projects located in Dublin’s city centre. These sites are all within easy reach by public transport or on foot, making this an ideal role for someone living locally—a full driving licence isn’t essential.

This is a hands-on role supporting high-quality commercial interiors, where you’ll take a visible lead on site and work closely with both project and health & safety teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the on-site project team to coordinate day-to-day safety activities

• Engaging with the PSDP and other stakeholders to ensure design-stage compliance

• Carrying out weekly EHS inspections and chairing subcontractor coordination meetings

• Completing monthly audits across Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality disciplines

• Supporting internal reviews and audits of ISO systems (9001, 14001, 45001)

• Contributing to ongoing improvement of integrated management systems—training provided if needed

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant Health & Safety qualification (e.g. diploma/degree, IOSH, etc.)

• Minimum 2 years’ site-based experience in construction, ideally with fit-out exposure

• Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach

• Familiarity with ISO standards is beneficial, but not essential—training will be given
