Job Title: Construction Health and Safety Consultant
Location: London / Home Counties - Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + benefits (depending on experience)

As a Health and Safety Consultant, you'll work closely with clients across a variety of construction projects, supporting them through both pre-construction and live site phases. The focus is on real engagement, pragmatic solutions, and building lasting relationships—working with everyone from operatives to senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad scope of consultancy services, including audits, inspections, risk assessments, and training
- Advise clients on CDM and regulatory compliance, offering practical, real-world guidance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve safety culture on site
- Prepare high-quality reports and documentation tailored to each client
- Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a health and safety role (must have had some consultancy or construction / fit-out exposure)
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
- TechIOSH or MIIRSM membership (or working towards)
- Solid understanding of CDM regulations within a construction environment
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, pragmatic approach to client engagement
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a genuine passion for improving safety standards
