Senior HSE Lead Role – Data Centers

Locations: Groningen

Salary: €110k - €120k + Package + accommodation

About the Role:

We are currently supporting a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering flagship hyperscale data center projects across the Netherlands and are seeking two experienced Senior HSE Leads.

This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for leading HSE delivery across major data center projects, managing teams and operating as a key client-facing leader on some of Europe’s largest and most technically complex schemes.

The Key Responsibilities of the Senior HSE Lead:

• Lead Health & Safety delivery across large-scale hyperscale data centre projects
• Manage and develop HSE teams on site
• Act as a key interface with major blue-chip clients and stakeholders
• Drive safety culture, standards and project performance
• Support senior project leadership teams and influence delivery strategy
• Ensure consistent HSE standards across complex, high-profile projects
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to project HSE teams

The Senior HSE Lead will have:

• Major project, Tier 1 or hyperscale data centre experience
• Strong stakeholder and client management capability
• Previous leadership and line management experience
• Diploma level qualification or Dutch equivalent (MVK / HVK advantageous)
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence
• Experience operating within complex, fast-paced construction environments
